Ruairí is the cook in the restaurant, and as a native of Inis Meáin, is inspired by the purity of the ingredients and the food traditions of the island. Marie-Thérèse and Ruairí have a long-standing commitment to quality, receiving highly-regarded reviews, awards, ratings and recommendations both nationally and internationally ever since opening in 2007. The restaurant is located in the most basic of natural environments where the combination of clean earth, water and air provide optimum conditions for the purest produce.

Dinner Courses

They serve a four course dinner that changes nightly, based around the best ingredients that the island has to offer at any given time. The restaurant is open from 7.30pm and dinner is served at 8pm to a maximum of 16 guests. The space offers a taste-the-view dining experience with a sweeping expanse of glass revealing the surrounding island and ocean.
